Specialist Surfaces Group Ltd is a commercial flooring and surface preparation contractor. We work for main contractors, developers, architects and estates teams on fit-out, refurbishment and new build, on floors that have to satisfy a specification and a programme rather than simply look right on handover day.
What we are building
The intention is a specialist surface contractor rather than a flooring company. One firm that can survey a substrate, prepare it properly and install the finish that goes on top of it means fewer parties on site and one point of responsibility when something moves.
Commercial flooring and surface preparation are what we do today and where the bulk of our work is. Architectural and industrial surface systems are capabilities we are building through training and project experience, and we would rather say so than imply a track record we have not earned yet.
